He'll be a narrator, but I don't think it'll be like prehistoric park or chased by dinosaurs, where he is actually shown in prehistory presenting the animals. I hope I'm wrong though.

It's basically impossible for another Prehistoric Park to happen. Nigel wanted it, but the producers didn't. Even after the first 6 episodes, it was intended as a stand alone show. It wasn't really a question of "wait to see if it does well," it was more that it was done and dusted once the last one finished.

However, Nigel himself is still interested in Prehistoric Animal wildlife presentation. He's said in multiple interviews, even up until now, that he is pitching ideas around to various producers. It's definitely possible (fingers crossed) that we'll get more of him in prehistory, just not Prehistoric Park.

Hmmm I hope they didn't actually shoot it at 480p. That'd be crazy but the show is like 20 years old so I guess it's possible. Too bad there isn't any version you can get on Amazon. I don't have Netflix so idk if it's there but I assume not. When I was a kid I checked it out at my local public library, so hopefully I can also see the DVD when I get home for summer break (and hopefully it's not actually just 480p).

Yha, they could have definitely had some feathers, but nothing as extensive as Yutyrannus.

@Godofgaming2.O Actually, a skin cast of some large Tyrannosaurs (including Tyrannosaurus) indicate that they did not have an extensive covering of feathers.

Based on his twitter, I am cautiously optimistic about Nigel featuring in another prehistoric animal documentary. Prehistoric Park Season 2 is far fetched at this point tbh.

Nigel Marven has confirmed on his twitter that the Giganotosaurus did not kill him.

Its the one beacon of hope I've seen for this series in the past 10 years. I don't think we'll get a season 2, but there is a chance we'll get another series like Prehistoric Park or Chased by Dinosaurs.
