What can I do to help?
From what I see it looks awesome
Hey, it's Cougarcat, I'm alive
Thanks to Antiliun and Matthaus101 for running everything well and adding the new rules and policies and manual of style pages.
Coming back and looking over the general state of the wiki, here are three goals I think we should try to accomplish.
Full content cleanup, particularly focused on pages like Nigel Marven which are very important and have huge portions of information missing.
Reworking episode pages to be less "rambly" and adding internal organization which separates different subplots that make up the overall story of the episode.
If possible, we should try to find a way to get better images. Most of the images used are (I think) screenshots from the 480p online uploads.
Let me know what you all think about these. Do you agree that these are things we should focus on? Are the episode pages good enough as is? Is there no way to get better images? I'd love to hear all about it.
Either way, it's good to be back. Glad to see this place is still alive.
I've rewatched "Supercroc" (expect major edits to some of those dinosaur pages soon, as there are many facts missing) and i realised the REAL reason Parasaurolophus wasn't taken back to the park.
Nigel had just arrived in Cretaceous Texas (despite it being more akin to Alberta) and then he sees two Lambeosaurids. Parasaurolophus. They were running, but now seen calmer. Curiously, they inspect Nigel's Jeep, when Nigel shouts out "Oi! Don't nibble my rope". Like Goats, curious Parasaurs will eat rope.
Why is this so big? Because a fair few fences at Prehistoric park are wooden, with rope holding them up. If the Parasaurs were to nibble at the rope in the park, it could cause the fence to be unstable, and the Parasaurs can roam free. Not that they'll do much damage anyway...
Knowing that the facilities are not yet fit for the Parasaurolophus, Nigel didn't save any on his trip, and would come back when the time is right.
I'm looking into this too much, aren't I? Created a theory out of one sentence. There's more to this theory, that explains the Nyctosaurs in the opening scenes. I'll explain more another time.
At first I thought it was the bughouse in the opening titles, but now I'm not sure. Maybe it's an aviary for the Nyctosaurus in the Opening Titles. Does anyone know what it is?
(It is the shiny one behind the Nyctosaurus on the top right)

Hey y'all,
I just wanted to give a reminder that if any of you guys have any issues or suggestions about categories and/or stuff that isn't explicitly stated on the Editing Policy page (found via the Community drop-down tab), please contact me and/or Cougarcat via our message boards. We are open to discussing any issues and/or suggestions you may have regarding the wiki's Editing Policy. We are willing to make any appropriate changes to the wiki's Editing Policy as long as the reasons are good and/or logical. Thank you.
